Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and organized Trainee Assistant Director with at least 1 year of relevant experience in media production, creative agency, or a similar environment. This role supports the director in managing shoot logistics, coordinating with crew and talent, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of client-based and in-house video projects. Candidates with a background in media, film, creative agencies, or content production will be prioritized and strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar assistant director, production coordinator, or shoot management role.
- Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and executing video shoots (ads, promos, social media content, etc.).
- Coordinate between scriptwriters, videographers, editors, talent, and production crew.
- Maintain and update shooting schedules, call sheets, and production timelines.
- Ensure all team members are briefed and present during shoots.
- Handle on-set logistics and troubleshoot minor production issues.
- Keep detailed notes during shoots and assist in post-production follow-ups.
- Support pre-production planning, including location scouting, script breakdowns, and team arrangements.
