We create creative campaigns, manage media promotions, and collaborate with models, artists, and brands to produce professional content.

2. Use of the Website

  • Use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All services are provided based on a written agreement, quotation, or proposal approved by the client.

4. Project Terms and Deliverables

When you engage Arbit Creative Hub for a project:

  • A detailed proposal or quotation will outline project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.

  • Any changes or revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

  • Client feedback and approvals must be provided on time to maintain delivery schedules.

  • Final deliverables (video, design, or campaign materials) remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

We strive to deliver creative content on schedule, but delays may occur due to unforeseen production, client, or third-party factors.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms and schedules will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Payments must be made in the agreed currency and method (e.g., bank transfer, digital payment).

  • Late payments may incur service suspension or additional charges.

  • For video productions involving celebrities or third parties, prepayment or advance deposits may be required.

All payments are non-refundable once production or campaign execution has begun, except where explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All creative concepts, scripts, designs, and video content produced by Arbit Creative Hub remain our intellectual property until payment is fully completed.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (as agreed in contract) transfers to the client.

  • Arbit Creative Hub may use completed projects (or portions thereof) in its portfolio, showreels, website, or marketing materials, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any content from our Website without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, scripts, data, and strategies confidential.
This obligation continues even after the completion or termination of the project.

8. Use of Celebrity Models or Third Parties

If a project involves celebrity endorsements, influencers, or third-party appearances:

  • Arbit Creative Hub will obtain proper permissions, releases, or contracts before production.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that content use aligns with the terms of those agreements.

  • Unauthorized reuse of a celebrity’s image, voice, or likeness beyond the agreed scope is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Arbit Creative Hub will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or Services.

  • Losses due to client delays, misinformation, or technical issues beyond our control.

  • Errors caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our Website and Services “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted Website operation or error-free functionality.

  • Specific campaign performance, ad reach, or sales outcomes (as marketing results depend on many external factors).

11. Third-Party Links and Tools

12. Termination
