Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, managing social media inquiries, and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information Manage customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction

Responsibilities

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali
Call Center/Telesales company experience will be considered an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Bangla
Able to work under pressure and consistently achieve monthly target goals
Confident, persuasive, and motivated personality
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Basic knowledge of handling social media inquiries (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
Good organizational skills to maintain records of calls, messages, and interactions
Ability to assist with order processing and after-sales support
Team player with the ability to collaborate with the sales and marketing team
Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (CRM tools, Google sheets, spreadsheets, etc.) are a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
