Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite and a priority focus on motion graphics. The ideal candidate will create compelling, trend-driven content across digital, print, and animated formats, while demonstrating curiosity and openness toward experimenting with AI-powered design tools.
This role involves occasionally integrating tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo AI, and ChatGPT for concept development, visual exploration, and creative inspiration, alongside traditional design workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging visuals for:

Social media campaigns

Logo, Branding and visual identity

Digital advertisements

Product packaging, print materials (flyers, posters, brochures, etc.)

Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect) as primary tools for all creative and production tasks.

Explore and integrate AI tools:

Midjourney / Leonardo AI – for visual ideation or concept prototyping

ChatGPT – for creative brainstorming, copy support, or prompt generation

Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Ensure all output aligns with the brand identity, tone, and quality standards.

Prepare print-ready files and optimize assets for various digital platforms.

Stay updated on current design trends, visual storytelling methods, and emerging creative technologies.
Responsibilities
Requirements:
At least 4-6 years of proven experience as a professional graphic designer
Advertising agency experience will be considered an added advantage.
Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
Mandatory experience in motion graphics, with the ability to conceptualize and execute animated content
Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
Familiarity or openness to learn and use AI tools in the creative workflow
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print formats
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
UI/UX design experience (Figma, Adobe XD)
Prior experience with AI-based design workflows
Background in branding, marketing design, or creative strategy
