We are looking for a visionary and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and brand service initiatives. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can manage client relationships, drive customer conversion, and spearhead the agency’s branding efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong market presence and positioning the agency as a top creative and advertising solution provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all marketing, branding, and client service strategies for the agency.
Oversee and attend client meetings to understand their business goals and offer tailored advertising solutions.
Promote and create awareness of the agency’s services through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
Supervise and guide the client servicing team to ensure high customer satisfaction and business growth.
Develop and execute marketing plans that position the agency as a leader in the advertising industry.
Identify and convert leads into long-term clients through innovative approaches and relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and brand loyalty.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Report directly to the CEO/Managing Director with performance metrics, client feedback, and growth strategies.
Responsibilities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within an agency or branding environment.
Strong understanding of advertising services and creative communications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
