Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven ππππ π¨π πππ₯ππ¬Β with strong expertise in Tele-Sales and Agency Operations. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic sales plans, drive client acquisition, and ensure consistent revenue growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage tele-sales teams, build strong agency partnerships, and achieve monthly sales targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tele-sales and agency-based sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate tele-sales executives and field/agency sales teams for improved performance.Identify and convert new client opportunities through tele-sales campaigns and agency networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients/agency partners.
Monitor customer pipelines, call performance, lead conversion ratios, and market trends.
Oversee daily tele-sales operations, ensuring quality calls, follow-ups, and sales closures.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, daily/weekly reporting, and performance analysis for management.
Set clear KPIs for team members and ensure achievement of targets within deadlines.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Conduct regular training for tele-sales teams on scripts, objection handling, and pitch refinement.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving client issues professionally and on time.
