AI Proficiency: Deep understanding of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, or similar) to streamline content production.
Creative Prompting: Ability to engineer precise prompts that align with specific brand voices and visual aesthetics.
Strategic Adaptation: Capacity to refine AI-generated drafts into polished, high-converting copy and visuals.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to follow creative briefs from team leaders and integrate feedback into rapid iterations.
Bilingual Command: Strong writing and editing skills in both Bangla and English.
Future-Focused: A proactive learner who stays updated on the latest AI trends, plugins, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Content Generation: Utilize AI tools to develop engaging social media hooks, ad copies, video scripts, and long-form brand content.
Visual Assistance: Assist the design team by generating AI-based references, textures, or conceptual art to speed up the creative process.
Workflow Optimization: Identify ways to use AI to improve the team’s research, brainstorming, and drafting efficiency.
Brand Integrity: Ensure all AI-assisted output maintains a consistent brand voice and adheres to strategic goals.
Campaign Support: Work closely with the creative and performance teams to produce diverse content variations for A/B testing.
