Job Summary:

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven KAM to manage and grow our most important client accounts, ensuring client needs are met, driving revenue, and fostering long-term partnerships by delivering tailored solutions aligned with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, building strong, trust-based relationships and understanding their business objectives.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement account plans, identify new opportunities, negotiate deals, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.

  • Strategic Planning: Analyze client data, market trends, and sales statistics to propose innovative solutions and strategies.

  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present reports, track account performance, and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service delivery and prompt resolution of client issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Masters/MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4-5+ years) in sales, key account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication (verbal/written) skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Advertising Agency experience will be added extra advantage.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
