Job Summary:

Arbit Creative Hub is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead its operations in media buying and advertising. The GM will play a critical role in managing client accounts, overseeing campaign strategies, negotiating with media partners, and ensuring the agency’s overall profitability and growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of advertising/media buying, and the ability to balance creative excellence with business success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in media buying, advertising, or agency management.

  • Strong negotiation skills with media houses, digital platforms, and vendors.

  • In-depth knowledge of media planning, buying tools, and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

  • Strong financial acumen with ability to manage large budgets.

  • Proven track record of scaling agency business and managing client portfolios.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead overall agency operations, ensuring smooth workflow across media buying, client servicing, and creative departments.
    • Develop and execute media buying strategies across digital, TV, radio, print, and outdoor platforms.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

    • Negotiate with media vendors, platforms, and publishers to maximize ROI for clients.

    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for best results.

    • Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of campaigns.

    • Mentor and guide department heads, ensuring high-performing teams.

    • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

    • Maintain industry knowledge and stay updated with latest media trends, tools, and platforms.

    • Ensure client deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with creative quality.
