Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic and rhythmic Motion Designer to join our creative team remotely. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional experience and a passion for bringing static designs to life through fluid animation and storytelling.
While your core strength lies in After Effects, we value a designer who is curious about the future; specifically how AI-powered tools can streamline workflows and spark new visual concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-energy motion graphics for social media campaigns (Reels, TikToks, Stories), digital display ads, and YouTube bumpers.
Transform complex marketing concepts into easy-to-digest animated explainers or short-form video content.
Ensure all motion assets align with established brand guidelines, maintaining the correct tone, pacing, and visual style.
Use tools like Midjourney or Leonardo AI for asset generation/prototyping and ChatGPT for script/storyboard brainstorming to accelerate the creative process.
Handle basic video editing, sound syncing, and color grading to deliver polished, final-render assets.
Work alongside Graphic Designers and Content Strategists to ensure motion assets integrate seamlessly into larger 360-degree campaigns.

Strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory as they relate to moving images.
Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and optimization settings for different digital platforms.
A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating a range of motion styles, from sleek UI transitions to character-based or abstract animations.
